Our clients face scaling challenges on the journey from a start-up to a scale-up or they seek to accelerate their digital transformation. While we work at the intersection of VC/PE investors and management, we are always engaged by management and focus on what they need to successfully complete the transformation of their company.
We see ourselves as enabler or mentor of the C-Level / executive team, typically the CEO and/or COO. We don’t do classic consulting engagements where the consultant does the work for the client. We get actively engaged and often spend a day or two with the company on a regular basis. Our focus is work with the company’s senior leadership on projects along a defined value creation plan.
Long-term engagements is what we are striving for, thus we often see ourselves being compensated with equity compnents or sit of the board of the companies we are engaged with.
